Megan’s practice includes guiding clients through the entire employment cycle - from hiring practices to termination decisions and everything in between. Megan routinely works with clients to conduct internal investigations and assists clients in the analysis and implementation of employment law best practices.
While most recently Megan’s practice has focused on advisory and investigatory matters, Megan has significant trial and arbitration experience as well. Megan has successfully defended numerous employment law disputes and routinely represents clients in EEOC related matters, with a focus on practical outcomes.
Megan began her career as a law clerk with the Supreme Court of North Carolina.

• Federal and State wage and hour claims;
• Conducting internal investigations of workplace incidents and employee behavior;
• Responding to state and federal governmental inquiries including those from the EEOC and OSHA; and
• Employee disciplinary actions, employee terminations, and other sensitive human resources matters
