He is the master of saying 'I'll call you back' via text. On rare occasion that he did, a song and dance about what he was planning to do. I demanded an update from him - unresponded. I demanded my file from him - unresponded. I demanded a return of fees paid to him - unresponded. He has been referred to the NC Bar Grievance Committee, complaint no. 26G0081. He is a con, as he thinks he can get away with it.
