We have used Mary Anne for multiple closings, She is extremely efficient and thorough when reviewing the Abstract. She found multiple previous issues and corrected them with the Selling Attorney. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any Real Estate work.

She is the most expensive in Genesee county and is emotionally unstable while being defensive insulting at random points through your process. No customer service available with her
