At Rainwater, Gibbs & Wright LLP, our firm is your concierge to legal concerns in southern Georgia. Founded in 1974, our Cordele attorneys have been serving clients for over four decades. There are few firms that have been serving clients in this area for as long as we have, and our clients feel safe in the knowledge that we will be there for them, no matter what they are going through.

With eight members on staff, including our three attorneys, we are easy to contact and someone will always be available to take your call. The office does not close when one lawyer is out of town. I had the distinct pleasure of utilizing Mr Rainwater’s attorney skills in a prior divorce case several years ago and was extremely pleased with not only his professional prowess but also his ability to create a calming presence during this unfortunate situation. My most recent case managed by Mr Rainwater was that involving contract law in a very difficult circumstantial context. His approach with me in regards to the case was very professional while easing my disconcertion with his interpersonal manner - all necessary case discussions executed in a honest and forthright manner. All other interval Email and telephone discussions have been easy to understand with responses having been provided in a detailed and direct fashion to my pleasing All advise as to how to proceed with any aspect of my case was “spot on” and received with confidence that the final result would be very acceptable and appreciated. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I am so glad that we decided to call Rainwater, Gibbs, & Wright when we needed to fight for custody of my husband’s son! Ben Wright was a phenomenal attorney in our custody case. Ben was open and up front about our case from the beginning. He was completely professional and handled everything in a timely manner while communicating with us throughout the entire process. Any questions we had along the way were fully answered in a timely manner. Fathers don’t often win custody battles, but with Ben in our corner we walked away successfully with a little boy who was overjoyed at getting to live with his daddy! The fees were reasonable and worth every penny!
