Max Feldman is a great salesman not lawyer. He would be a good used car salesman. Once I paid the retainer he took back his promises. There was a conflict of interest but he refused to step down. His billing is creative,I was double billed & charged a fortune for communications w/opposing atty & he wouldn't tell me what was said. He told opposing atty I was out of money that it would be over soon. All the good reviews sound alike, I bet he made them up! He was a BIG MISTAKE! RUN,RUN,RUN! FAST!
I changed jobs and was making much less money, I would call him and have to call 3-4 more times before hearing from him. He told me it did not make sense to refile. after SEVERAL more calls and 4-5 later he finally ask me to submit information and it took him about 1 month to refile. I am very frustrated and came very close to reporting him to the bar.
