Attorney Brook failed to file a timely motion to continue a hearing which I had asked him to do, for which he was unprepared. He then demonstrated his unpreparedness to the degree that I, an attorney licensed to practice in another state, sought to take over my own defense in the middle of the hearing. I fired Attorney Brook soon thereafter.
