David A. Salomon is a trial attorney who graduated from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2001. Throughout his career, he has focused on becoming a skilled trial attorney in the local courts of South Florida.
David began his legal career at the Broward County Office of The Public Defender, where he honed his skills in aggressively protecting the rights of Broward County citizens. This experience deepened his belief in justice for individuals against powerful organizations and law enforcement agencies. As a result, he transitioned into personal injury law, where insurance companies and large law firms often control the benefits provided to personal injury victims.
With over 100 trials under his belt in both State and Federal Courts, David has had the privilege of representing clients in various areas of law, including civil rights, criminal defense, family law, civil law, bankruptcy, immigration, and personal injury. Leveraging his extensive trial experience, David now focuses his practice on personal injury claims, where he thrives on achieving justice for clients against powerful insurance companies and large insurance defense law firms.
In his personal life, David is happily married y and has two children, David Jr. and Elizabeth.
David also believes in giving back to the community he calls home. He considers South Florida his home, despite being born in New Jersey and living in South America for a brief period. He has donated his time and resources to charitable organizations such as the Broward County Guardian Ad Litem program, Autism Speaks, Broward County Legal Aid, the Volunteer Lawyers Project, Habitat for Humanity, Hispanic Unity, and PACE.
As an active member of the legal community, David holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the Florida Bar, BCBA (Broward County Bar Association), BCHBA (Broward County Hispanic Bar Association), BACDL (Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers), Trial Lawyers Association, and Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
