Hired Mr. Middleburg for a case he said " I am your man, if you want this taken care of let me handle it." we gave him a retainer of thousands of dollars, months went by and we crosschecked what he has done and nothing was done. When we went to let him know we would no longer use his services he went into his system and backdated the information and submitted it into the system to show proof of work to justify billing us. He will lock you in and get a big retainer and leave you hanging.

I hired Barry S. Mittelberg to save my home. We, My husband and I, paid him $2500. He told us to stop paying on all our bills,(he would take care of all that after he saved our home)I spoke to him by phone eight times in two years. I would call him and wait for him to return my call. My husband and I have never met Barry S. Mittelberg in person! After two years, we get a notice from the court that our home of twenty years is being sold at public sale in October of this year!
