I regret to share that my experience with the Law Offices of Tony Haber was disappointing. On April 6, I retained Mr. Haber with a $5,000 retainer for a commercial property dispute. Despite being told that progress would be made by April 29, communication was sparse and no substantive work was completed. On May 12, I called Mr. Haber for an update and was surprised to learn that he was uncertain whether the case had any merit. I also discovered he had not yet contacted the building department to obtain essential documentation. I had to drive to Miami and retrieve the necessary records myself. Even after providing him with this documentation, I received no response or follow-up. On May 29, I formally requested that he cease all work on my case and provide a copy of anything that had been done to date.
