I run a Waterproofing & Painting company. Out of nowhere, my bank froze my business account and put holds on our checks and deposits. I hired Fernando Prego and Yenifer Yermoso for a condo case, and it was one of the most frustrating, unproductive legal experiences I’ve ever had. I asked detailed questions during my consult; Yenifer said she’d get back to me, then disappeared for 2 weeks and finally replied with the same generic advice from day one—clearly forgetting everything I asked. Fernando only became responsive when defending himself, emailing me in a scolding tone before even understanding the situation. After I explained everything again, he admitted he finally understood and gave a late apology. They completely failed to notice a major amendment in the governing documents—central to my case—which I had to point out. Even after I sent it, they gave incorrect advice, proving they hadn't read it. Despite zero progress, they charged me $2900 for useless, generic emails. After firing them, I even had to chase them for weeks to get a small portion of my refund. Avoid this firm.
