About Magdalena Cuprys, Esq.

Magdalena Cuprys received her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2002. She was admitted to the practice of law in California in 2003 and in Florida in 2006. Before law school, she completed two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and one in Latin American Studies, at the University of Chicago in 1999 (AB Degrees Political Science & Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago in 1999). Ms. Cuprys is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and was the Panhellenic President at the University of Chicago. – She is a Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA); the South Florida and the Latin American Chapter of AILA; the Federal Bar Association; the Miami-Dade County Bar Association; and the Broward County Bar Association. She also actively participates in the Florida Lawyer’s Network and Business Network International or “BNI.”

Magdalena Cuprys is admitted to the practice of law in Florida and California as well as the Middle District of Florida. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Polish, and is conversant in Russian and Italian.

Hired Attorney Magdalena Cuprys, Esq.

My dealings with Magdalena have been quite shocking. After taking a deposit of 1500$, in which the contract was upheld and without any complaints from Magdalena, and after a slew of vague messages and she completley 'ghosted' me in my requests for the deposit refund. This is still the case.

Casa Magdalena in Aldea Zama. The Owners name is Magdalena and her sister Chelsea manages the place. They scam you for your deposit. Dont rent from them ! Beware: They are scammers ! They keep your deposit even though reassuring you first over and over again that you will get it back but in the end blatantly ignoring you or pretending to be busy. None of the over 1400 dollar deposit ever came back and it has been months now. They are greedy, ignorant and false. The worst of the worst. Stay away as far as possible from renting their place you will never see your deposit again.
