Ernesto Martinez, Jr. has been a trusted legal and financial advisor since 1987, focusing on taxation, estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and inheritance. His unique qualifications as both a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) enable him to provide clients with comprehensive and strategic counsel. A member of The Florida Bar and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Mr. Martinez is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He is actively involved in The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and its Elder Law Section, and is a distinguished member of the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs. Mr. Martinez holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Florida International University, a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami.
