Craig P. Liszt is an associate in the Miami office of Roig Lawyers and is a member of the Admiralty & Maritime practice group. Craig has over 7 years of legal experience practicing all aspects of admiralty and maritime law. Craig handles all types of marine-related litigation, including Jones Act, passenger claims, recreational marine claims, collision/allision cases, product liability claims, first party marine insurance coverage disputes, marine salvage, liens, environmental pollution and grounding claims, and international arbitration of seamen’s claims. Craig has represented a number of large cruise line corporations and various large insurance companies. As a skilled trial attorney, Craig has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts. He is also experienced in the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques, including mediation and arbitration, as a means of litigation avoidance. Prior to joining the firm, Craig was an associate attorney for a boutique Admiralty & Maritime law firm in Miami.
