About David Brian Kempston

Mr. Kempston has been practicing law since 1992. He worked as an insurance defense attorney for four years before coming to work with Mr. Mottaz. I had the unfortunate situation to work with David Kempston, Law Office of Thomas Mottaz, on 2 occasions. The first time working with them all of my needs were met so I could focus on getting better. That's why when a second need arose I went back to them as I knew the job would get done right.

I experienced a serious injury while on the job. I contacted this firm and worked with David Kempston starting in 1997. David was tireless in his pursuit to ensure my case was dealt with fairly. He answered any question or concern I might present quickly and completely. I always known he is in my corner ensuring all avenues in my case are investigated. I would not have anyone else but him so I strongly recommend Dave Kempston to all future clients.

David Kempston is the best attorney I ever had, he always let me know what was happening with my case on a weekly basis! Very very efficient work. I dont think he could have done a better job than he did. Ive had other attorneys,once I had David on my side I didnt consider anyone else

The Law office of Thomas Mottaz is definitely a top notch Law Office. The employees at Mottaz were professional, efficient, and empathetic to the situation I was facing. David Kempston, who was the attorney that I retained, kept all the rough situations to an even keel. I was informed of every corner and obstacle we were going to face, and the solution to each. I cannot say enough good about Mr. Kempston and the Law Office of Thomas Mottaz. Upon settling I received two times expected.
