My husband and I were very happy with Mr. Haber. This is a small firm, maybe 2 employees but seemed to have a lot of clients. Always returned our call as soon as possible. Mr. Haber was always willing to answer any and all questions we had (there were many).. that means a lot. Walked us through the whole process step by step making it a lot less stressful experience.

The office assistant sounds like she didn't graduate high school, and the attorney charges some outrageous fees just to answer a question. I'll pass. 0 star service in my opinion.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
