I am a licensed private investigator, and you retained my firm to conduct surveillance on your son-in-law due to concerns of infidelity involving your daughter. At your direction, we went to the Diplomat hotel you believed he would be at. We provided real-time updates, including photos confirming our presence, text message correspondence throughout the day, and a phone conversation with your daughter. We also contacted the hotel directly and confirmed he was not on the premises. Despite our documented efforts and the completion of the work as agreed, you filed a false dispute with your credit card company. This is both unethical and fraudulent—particularly concerning given that you are an attorney. It is highly inappropriate for an attorney to support or encourage a baseless claim once services have been rendered.
Several months ago I was told by the attorney that there was no case. Not happy but I accepted that outcome. After another several months the attorney received a letter from the Insurance company asking why we had not cashed the check that had been sent? Some kind of global settlement as there were 5 people involved? At that time there was a lean from the VA placed on me which the attorney did send a letter to them asking if they would consider accepting a 3 way split of the check? They agreed. This was part of a global settlement NOT A LAWSUIT WON! Why would or how could the attorney feel entitled to 1/3 of a GOBAL SETTELMENT? Seems to me like a legal way to steal!!!!!!!! FOLKS BEWARE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES AND LAYERS!! They will only look out for themselves as they did in this situation!! I LOST OVER 10 THOUSAND BUCKS FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS THE FAULT OF SOMEONE ELSE... I was rear ended and my car was a total loss..
