Hyden, Miron & Foster, PLLC is focused on two traditional objectives – obtaining beneficial results for our clients and providing superior personal service. We have been able to achieve these goals for two reasons.

First, we concentrate in a few practice areas. This enables us to work faster, more economical and produce higher quality results.

Second, our moderate size allows us to be unusually accessible. As a result, we are able to respond quickly to our clients' changing needs.

More Focus Means Better Performance at a Reasonable Cost.

By concentrating in specific practice areas, we are able to produce measurably better results for our clients. From attorneys to legal assistants, everyone in our firm is trained specifically to work in these areas.

Our lawyers each have substantial experience in the areas of law in which they concentrate their practices. Most of our lawyers have obtained either a masters of tax law, or designation as a certified public accountant.

It is the Firm's Goal of Providing Good Service and Value.

An attorney cannot serve a client well if he or she is inaccessible and unable to respond in a timely fashion to the client's needs or if the attorney is so expensive that the client hesitates to call the attorney for advice.

We are conscious of these issues. Therefore, we have created a system that fosters superior lawyer-client access and results in the performance of timely, high-quality work for a reasonable fee.

First, our size enables us to know our clients and their legal matters extremely well. For example, when you select us as your law firm, your work will consistently be performed or supervised by one of our partners.

In addition, each attorney has a legal assistant who works with him on virtually all cases. If you call and your attorney is unavailable for any reason, we make every effort to have someone readily available in our office who is knowledgeable about your specific situation and capable of responding to your request.

Second, using legal assistants for specific tasks, like drafting documents, also keeps our clients' costs to a minimum. Providing good value is an important element of our business philosophy. We want our clients to feel that they can call on us whenever they need advice or representation without having to pay a premium for the service.

Working With Other Professional Advisors.

Understanding that it is normally in a clients' best interest to create a team, the Firm makes it a priority to cooperate and stay in communication with our clients other advisors, including other attorneys, CPAs, financial and life insurance agents, etc. As a result of our relationships with these advisors, we receive many referrals from other professionals. Likewise, if we see that a client needs help on a matter that we are not qualified to handle, we refer our clients to other professionals who can assist them.

Professional and Ethical Responsibilities.

In all professional matters, we strive to be competent, prompt, and diligent. Our lawyers will be of the highest integrity, ethics and moral standards. Your lawyer will strive to maintain effective communication and will hold in strict confidence all information relating to your representation. We are strong advocates of continuing legal education so that our clients can benefit and be protected by changes in the law. We are actively involved in professional and community organizations. We believer lawyers play a vital role in the preservation of society, and we are committed to the integrity of the legal profession in general.

Hired Attorney Guy W. Murphy Jr.

After 1 phone call it was extremely obvious Guy Murphy was the man for the job. He made us feel comfortable and took his time explaining answers to our questions with an extraordinary ability to communicate clearly and we easily understood him. We are pleased with our choice thus far. We are confident we are in good hands.

Hired Law Firm

Undertook a case for which they had no expertise, failed to have litigation plan, had insufficient resources to support the litigation, all resulting in inflated costs and preparation burden on client. Inadequate, reactive attitude to major litigation. Could not recommend for any type litigation and certainly would not use or recommend for advising survivors under normal probate circumstance.

Hired Attorney Lyle D. Foster

Big mistake! $$$ is his top priority! Hired Mr Foster at the insistence of a local attorney to work together.. (should have been the first red flag.) Case should have been resolved in several months but was dragged out several years costing thousands and thousands.. after complaining he quit and placed a lien on the estate.. gives lawyers a bad name!

Hired Attorney Philip Miron

My brother and I owned a business that Mr. Miron was our company Attorney. In the end Miron sided with one of the brothers and has not been helpful towards the other brother (50%) owner in his litigation due partly to Miron's actions. Miron is now about to face a Subpoena that he has already attempted to Quash. How can he not give one of the brothers the data that he paid for. Mr. Miron has been in this very same situation with two sisters and owners of a company a few years back.

Hired Law Firm

I hired Mr. Hyden to advise and assist with distribution of my mothers estate when my deceased sisters husband was attempting to claim her portion. Mr. Hyden assured me he was not legally entitled and the estate was distributed to my mothers living children. My brother in law then took me to court and the judge ruled in his favor. I, as trustee and personally, was held responsible. The financial and emotional devastation has been enormous. Telling you what you want to hear is not legal advice. There was no apology from or reimbursement of the substantial fees paid to Hyden Miron and Foster.
