Hired Attorney

I was medically discharged from active duty military service due to severe injuries.     I was denied multiple times for social security for many years, the VA gave me a high rating out the gates, but was lower than what their own paperwork stated I should be at. I had been dealing with the VA and SSA for several years with no progress being constantly denied despite meeting their criteria.      Fritzie has represented me with just these two cases for several years now. We had to appeal my case up to a federal level and still she stuck to it and she won. She has had my case with the VA for just as long, to get the rating I should have had, by their own standards of rating. She has won not only the appeals for my total disability rating with the VA, but also the back pay award, the same way that she won the appeal for my social security.       She has a vast well of instinct and experience at her disposal coupled with determination to see things through.
