He was never prepared for court. He would depend on me to give bring him everything he needed and ask me what I wanted to do in court. It never really felt like he cared about what he did and he simply did not put any effort into it.{para}The last time we were in court he made no effort to stop the other side. From the stand I actually had to look at him and ask him if he was going to step in. Finally it was the JUDGE that stepped in on my behalf.
