Hopkins Law Firm is a law firm established in 1990 with an office in Conroe, TX. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing general civil practice, trial practice, personal injury and 4 other areas of law.
Mr. Hopkins has represented me on five cases since 2016 (three drug cases in 2016 at same time), a misdemeanor in 2021, and a felony in 2020. All five of the cases were dismissed and earlier this year he expunged all of these cases of my record for me. FANTASTIC. THE VERY BEST!!
I initially retained Mr. Hopkins for legal council to advise me on issues with my HOA. He was so helpful in that respect, that I continued to seek his guidance for subsequent legal matters. He is very knowledgeable and has a well educated staff who are also very helpful. He is currently working a litigation case for me and I guess I consider him my lawyer for life. I won’t call anyone else. I feel very comfortable with him.
John Paul and Wendi defended me in a breach of contract lawsuit where I was sued by a large corporation. They filed a counter lawsuit against them for breach of contract, fraud, and DTPA. The case ended up going to trial and the court ruled in our favor. I was awarded damages on all of my claims as well as attorney's fees, which I never expected! Class ACT!
