Hired Attorney James Dossey

Atty Dossey was a great choice to develop our Trust & Pour-Over Will. I researched over 20 local lawyers before selecting Atty Dossey, and he did not disappoint. Not only did he simplify the process through his willingness to discuss, suggest, and explain, but he also took time to review every detail of the Trust. He brought "legalize" into layman's language, which put us at ease. Jim welcomes interaction and communication before and after the Trust finalization. He is a consummate professional, and his staff is wonderful & enhances his law office.

Working with this lawyer was very easy. We had looked at other attorneys, but they were not reliable with communication or following through. He made the process easy and simplified creating a trust for us for our estate. We were very pleased with how quickly the documents for our whole estate were handled. I highly recommend Phillip Black from Dossey & Jones. He set up a trust for my husband and I. Every part of the process was great! We appreciated his communication. Phillip was available by phone or email and explained everything thoroughly. He was easy to talk to and we enjoyed working with him. Everything was completed a timely manner and he also offered insight and advice with our will and POA that had been previously set up.
