Donald McCue held mine and my wife's money hostage for over a year about a faimly gun worth approximately 500 dollars that had absolutely nothing to do with his deceased brothers estate. We received a large portion of the money when I found the gun his brother Barnard A McCue (died 9/1/17) put in a storage space in our 5th wheel camper. I returned the gun promptly to their nephew Patrick McCue in June 2020. All beneficiaries who were to receive money from Barnards will got their money except me and my wife. Apon receiving final payment the amount was several thousand less than the amount we were to get because attorney Donald McCue charged us attorney fees for reading my emails addressed to him, and, on top of the 5% he charged the estste. Since the death of Barnard A McCue I have sent Numerous emails to the McCue law firm asking questions about the records and expenses plus missing Ivory Elephants my daughter was to receive that mysteriously went missing!
I initially contacted Atty McCue because we knew him from our church. My Aunt passed away and in her paperwork we found his name on several documents. I did all the legwork and research paid all the bills and filed all the paperwork. He collected his fee when we needed copies of documents he very rudely told us they were in storage. I would never go to him again for anything nor would I recommend him. Both he and his secretaries were very rude both to me and my father.
