Mr. Hastings is the best attorney in NC. After a long string of six attorneys and numerous consultations in Cabarrus and Mecklenburg Counties, he is the only attorney who can handle my aggressive opposing Charlotte law firm. He is the "big guns" I need to settle my case. He is a master in his element and works his deposition like an art form to build an inpenetrable defense. He has patched the holes which other lawyers left open for attacks. He is assertive and speaks up in court where other attorneys sat silently and let me fall. I was cheering inside when his quick thinking and assertive performance in court sent opposers running from the stand. He has an intimidating court presence and tells you like it is but if you do everything he says and pay on time, he will be the weapon you need. He is the most affordable attorney in the Charlotte area because he and B.J. are an efficient team. Look no further. Mr. Hastings is the weapon we both need!

I found Mr Hastings to be a very impressive man, he was honest and forth right he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear he told me the facts. He was aggressive in his approach, in the end I was very happy with the results he acquired.

Mr. Hastings is a PHENOMENAL attorney! I had a very complicated divorce case involving equitable distribution of a family business. I initially hired a different attorney, but after realizing how difficult the opposing party was going to make things, and after numerous personal referrals, I pulled out the big guns and hired Mr. Hastings. Upon hiring him he immediately took the reigns and had a deposition scheduled within a week, and within a month we had made more headway than I had made in six months with the previous attorney. Mr. Hastings is a highly experienced, no non-sense attorney who knows how to get the job done to achieve the most positive results for his clients. Unlike many other attorneys, he will not waste your time by simply telling you what you want to hear, nor will he nickel and dime you for every little thing just to hike up your bill. This has been a constant 3 year process. I'll call you back ,I'll have him call you back... Just nonstop BS .. If you don't have MONEY for something worth fighting for... Just DON'T!!!

He will tell you anything for you to pay him his money. His secretary does all his communication you can’t get him to contact you back. He preys on the weak and once he gets their money you barely hear from him unless it’s when he wants to.

Randell only cares about 2 things, himself and money!! He will tell you whatever lies he has to to get you to hire him. He falsified billing, was unprofessional, and is weak in the court room. He keeps conflict going instead helping resolve it for the best interest of children. His assistant is a nice lady, but operates out of fear of Randell.

This guy is not a good attorney. He will charge you $400.00/hr for sending a bunch of emails. Case has always been continued, he says he wants to do it his way but you pay for that way!!! Stay far away, there are many more competent attorneys in the area.
