I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying that Mr McCartan was bad at communicating with you once he got paid and I will say that yes that is true, however, when we walked in to the courtroom he OWNED it! His ability to talk and his overall down to earth demeanor are why he is fantastic at his job. He saved my butt, I was so impressed by his ability to work the DA and the judge and get results. I should have done some jail time and was expecting at the least to be on serious probation and have to do thirty days. Chris got me out of some serious charges with a year of probation. Pay the man and trust the process, when he walks in that courtroom DA’s, other lawyers and even the judge can’t help but bow down to whatever he says. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do or if I know someone who needs a genuine lawyer Chris McCartan is who I will recommend!
This is the worst lawyet i have ever dealt with.They dont return your calls..They sent mail to the wrong address that now has my son locked up for missing a court date..Very very bad commumication..I am thinking about going to the bar assoc.regarding this..do not use this law firm....the office staff are very rude.
I was treated as if I didn't exist! The other reviews about this are so true. Once you pay, you become a bottom feeder that never gets the slightest bit of attention. Chris would literally walk by me to talk to someone else and then leave the courtroom without saying a word to me. I had to call his secretary to find out what was going on. Spend your money elsewhere people trust me!
Absolutely unacceptable lack of communication and overall time and effort spent on my case! Paid him money and never heard from him again!
Would not communicate with me at all after he got his money and I've heard multiple people say the same thing
