Ms. Zacharias is a 1982 graduate of Ohio Northern University with a B.A. in English and Journalism and a 1986 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law. While engaging in the private practice of law, she has also served as a contract attorney for the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office and for the Cabarrus County Department of Social Services.

A native of Butler, Ohio, Ms. Zacharias has resided in the State of North Carolina for over 30 years. The Southern priority of family and friendship coupled with the small town warmth of Cabarrus County have won her heart and loyalty, but don’t malign The Ohio State Buckeyes or you will see a less genteel side of her.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
