Hiring Ted Lothstein was the best decision I made. I was facing a multitude of criminal and civil charges in 3 different courts. It did not look good on paper, but due to Ted’s expertise, justice prevailed. Laconia district court restraining order dismissed after a full hearing. Three criminal charges relating to that order also dropped in Franklin court after prosecutor was sent transcript of that hearing. Lastly was facing DWI and domestic assault charges in Hooksett court. Assault charges dropped and DWI reduced to violation level offense. No loss of license. Ted and team truly care about their clients. Their top notch legal strategy and dedication made all the difference.

Ted and team were very helpful during this stressful time. In Dec 2024 I was arrested for aggravated DUI in Claremont, NH. I found Ted's info on Google and after talking with him I felt very comfortable and knew him and his team were the right folks to help me. Living in a different state Ted was able to get the court to agree to let me appear via phone, he reached out to attorneys in my home state to see how I would be affected at home. We retained Ted Lothstein in the summer of 2024 for a very thorny aggravated DUI that probably should have put this violator in county jail for a year. Ted did his homework, listened to his client and presented a very strong case for why this young man should be given some latitude and leniency. He was right and the leniency was justified, but we couldn't have conveyed that as convincingly as Ted did. I can easily use the word "advocate" when describing Ted.

I faced a vehicular assault charge, risking jail time and fines after a traumatic auto collision with a motorcycle. It resulted in a 14-month legal battle, Ted Lothstein, recommended by my brother’s lawyer friends, supported me from day one. Throughout, he believed in my understanding of the incident, stayed responsive to my questions, and provided clear explanations. He devoted time to calls with me and my brother, guiding us through every step, including a DMV fatality hearing. I was convicted in a NH Superior court in 2021 on multiple felonies. My family and I engaged Ted to appeal the decision in 2022 and in 2023 the conviction was overturned. Throughout the whole process Ted was professional and efficient. We are grateful beyond words to Ted and his staff for literally changing our lives.

Back in 2019 I was falsely accused of committing a crime. The subsequent police investigations resulted in my arrest and eventually a wrongful conviction. The criminal attorney who represented me throughout the ordeal highly recommended attorney Lothstein and his law firm to do the appeal. The trial transcripts and all of the other required documentation were gathered and submitted, and Lothstein and Guerriero went to work. The case was accepted by the NH Supreme Court, and oral arguments were heard in the fall of 2022. On March 30, 2023, I received word that the conviction was reversed and remanded back to the Superior Court where the trial was conducted. The opinion that the Supreme Court issued was a very strong, concise, and unanimous decision. It is a decision that will be cited in motions and briefs far into the future, and will hopefully help prevent future wrongful convictions due to the law created in our case. The end result in my case was a "Notice of Nolle Prosequi". Thanks

Mr. Lothstein represented me in the Keene court in June, 2021. He did an excellent job in cross examining my neighbors who were requesting a stalking order against me. He was able to bring to light that this was really a property dispute and no stalking took place. The case was dismissed. I would highly recommend Mr. Lothstein to anyone who has to come in front of a judge. His office staff is very professional and communication was very easy. His fees were very reasonable. To a lay person the justice system can appear overwhelming, I felt protected when I hired Mr. Lothstein.
