Our family hired Deb Nottinger after my parents passed away to handle their estate. My brother was the executor of the will and had great difficulty with her lack of communication. My husband and I emailed her several times and called her as well. In addition we left messages with her secretary. She only returned messages when I told her to cease and desist when I didn’t hear back after weeks of no contact. I did not want to be charged for her lack of progress. We did receive one email apologizing that she had been sick, her assistant transferred to another location and she was short staffed etc. Finally after 3 weeks of no contact I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with her assistant. She told me they were “just going to send it out.” The family received the final distribution of the estate 3 hours later. All in all this took over 5 months!
