Albert Smith

Mr. Smith seems rude at first. But really he just wants to cut through the crap and get to the point. I appreciate him and he seems wise in my opinion. My case is still pending. But I have all the faith that Albert Smith will help me through it and achieve the best results. He seems experienced and receptive. I have faith in him.

I WAS NOT PROPERLY INFORMED OF MY RIGHTS AND HOW SENTENCING WORKED. I WAS NOT PROPERLY REPRESENTED. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AND MADE ME BELIEVE THAT THE SENTENCE OFFERED WAS LEAST AMOUNT. AFTER I ACCEPTED THE SENTENCING I FOUND OUT THAT I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A MUCH LESSER SENTENCE.

Mr Smith is a rude, arrogant, unethical public defender, but because he is old and established he somewhat controls the courtroom. I feel sorry for anyone fighting for their innocence being represented by him. Despite his rudeness and unprofessionalism, my son tried to believe in him. He offered none of our evidence, including a Ring video which would've shown my son's innocence. It astounds me that this man can sleep at night knowing how he participates in ruining the lives of the people that he is supposed to represent.

The most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. Accused me of being on coke during a meeting when I had the sniffles Wouldn’t return my calls to help me understand what to expect before my hearings and accused me of more crimes than what I was charged with. He does not have his clients interest in mind and wants them to be punished to the fullest extent possible. Albert is a trash human and I hope his career ends soon. I’m so sorry for all the clients lives he’s destroyed.

I feel sorry for anyone who gets appointed Albert Smith for a attorney. He does not care about his clients ,he hangs up on you and refuses to listen to you. He doesn't give proper counsel by any means. It should be illegal to get appointed a attorney who refuses to communicate with you and fight for you .

Hung up on me first time ever spoke to him , he didn’t want to even look into my case n refused to let me explain my side , called m a liar n said he wouldn’t talk to me if I continued my lies, but I was telling the truth. Sad to know he can be in control of someone future down right scary .
