Difficult to work with, not very responsive, I felt that I definitely was not important, ran up the billing to twice my stated budget without any warning and charged a ridiculous $358 for receiving a meaningless court document and making a copy and mailing it to me - a real insult to my intelligence.
My experience with Matt is that the quality of his work is usually deficient. He’s not flaky in the sense that he just disappears or anything like that. But the work he does tends to be of inferior quality. I suspected this, but wasn’t convinced until I spoke with another client of Matt’s who had nothing but negative comments about him. If you do have Matt Miller do work for you, you should always have another lawyer check his work, especially on anything important.
