Hired Attorney

Mr. Charlesworth represented me in 3 separate criminal indictments with dozens of charges in a 10 year period. Before Tom, I spoke to 2 high profile criminal attorneys. They wanted over $20k to represent me. No way could I afford it, and I refused to ask family. I decided to try Public Defenders office, where Tom Charlesworth worked as a criminal defense atty for 18 yrs. Each time he represented me, he was able to get my sentence down to 10% or Less of what was at stake- I was facing Several (10) years incarcerated due to the very high number of separate charges (25).Served less than 1 yr! I was told by the other attorneys I would probably do at least 3 years. But Tom worked constantly with the prosecutor and had a repertoire with him. I would Not change a thing if I had to go to court. He is Hard working and very easy to talk to. Explains each step of the process. Has 38 yrs experience. HIGHLY reccomend! If you are in trouble, Tom is the attorney you need to call, 100%!!
