I don't even know where to begin, so I will simply write out facts in a mostly chronical order. I was lied to during the initial consultation. I was told affirmatively that attorney Marocco would file a complaint for divorce with the primary grounds being adultery (my wife was adulterous for a substantial duration of our marriage). He filed a general canned complaint which didn't even mention adultery. I understand that Ohio is a no-fault state, but future potential partners of my ex need to be aware of her character and I was assured that adultery would be the grounds my complaint would be based upon. I inquired multiple times regarding this misleading statement and the office ignored every question regarding their failure. Additionally, they filed these documents without ever asking me if I approved. The office misspelled my name multiple times in documents. They completely blew off a hearing until I complained. They allowed opposing counsel to withhold evidence for months. Etc..
