I hired Mr. Shamansky to handle a drug possession case and a judicial release. I had previously gone to trial with a different attorney and was sent to prison for three years. Once I hired Shamansky, he did not stop until he got me out. I would recommend to anyone who is in trouble with the law to hire this attorney. His rates are well worth the results. Thanks Sam!

He is well known in Columbus. I was told by several people that he was the best. For what he charged I was not impressed with the outcome.I believe he could have done a better job.

HELLO IM A CONCERNED MOTHER OF MY CHILD THAT HE IS REPRESENTING IN A CASE THAT HE IMPLICATED MY CHILD IN BY HAVING HIM/HER TALK TO THE PROSECUTOR AND INTEROGATE THEM FOR HOURS AND BADGER THEM SAYING JUST SAY YOU SENT MESSAGES WHEN THEY LITERALLY DIDNT. THEN GOT THEM INDICTED CONVINCED THEM TO GIVE HIM POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER THEIR CASE AND YOU SIGN A TIME WAIVER TO ATTACH THEM TO THE CASE WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT IN 90 DAYS BUT YOU USED SCARE TACTICS AND SAID IF YOU DONT THEY WILL HAVE A SPEEDY TRIAL AND SEND YOU TO PRISON THEN DONT GIVE THEM THE PROPER MOTION OF DISCOVERY NOT REALIZING THAT YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CHILD THAT HAS DISABILITES OF ADHD AND ALL HIS SCHOOLING FROM K-12 HE HAS TO TAKE MEDICATION FOR DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY AND PSYCHOLOGIST SAYS HIS THINKING IS NOT OF AN ADULT STILL A CHILD YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF..FOR A CASE OF HELPING A HOMELESS FRIEND NOT KNOWING HIS INTENTIONS AND HE HAD NO PHONE,JOB,MONEY AND HAVING A GOOD HEART.SMH

The most overrated lawyer in Columbus, the man destroyed my career because he was in a hurry to get on to another case… He didn’t even show up to my trial date after speaking to me the night before, he remembered to tell me to bring the money but must not have remembered where the courthouse was, I swear this man is on something. He thinks he is a god so arrogant and dismissive, and then justifies his actions because he thinks he is god … when he or one of his lawyers shows up to court, they are never on time, and you can tell they could care less about your case… his office screwed up my witnesses and my evidence and said I would have to speak to him, then he dodged me for a week until he got a b/s offer from the prosecutor… I think during the time I was represented they were on time once… I had a discovery where my ex-wife had no proof against me because I didn’t do it, even the police reports reflected the same… with a jury trial the judge was even pissed because Sam never did anyth

Working with him was very difficult and stressful. He never returned calls didnt listen had no fight and we ended up with the worst possible outcome. Wouldn't recommend for serious cases.
