Hired Attorney

My experience with Mr. Miller wasn't what I expected. He has many year of experience and was the Prosecuting Atty of Franklin Co for many years. I felt once Mr. Miller set the fee agreement he felt his work was over. He did as little as possible on the case, no research of evidence or witnesses. The case was settled with a plea agreement before trial. I got charged with exactly what the Prosecutor told me I was getting before I even hired Mr. Miller. I could go on but I'm out of space.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
