Additionally, he counseled state entities and public universities concerning construction, transactional, risk management, employment, insurance, and surety-related issues. Mr. Silk was also in private practice, focusing on construction, labor and employment, regulatory, political subdivision, environmental, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation.
