About Philip J. Fulton

Philip Fulton has worked tirelessly on behalf of injured workers and disability claimants since 1980. Widely recognized as a leader in his field, Mr. Fulton is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Ohio Super Lawyers, and has received numerous other accolades and awards over a distinguished career. He is past president of the Ohio Association for Justice and has twice been chairperson of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers' Workers Compensation Section. For his commitment to injured workers, he was given the Distinguished Service Award in 1994 and 2002 by the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and was inducted into the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers Association Workers' Compensation Hall of Fame in 1997. He has twice been selected as Lawyer of the Year for Workers' Compensation in "Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Fulton's proudest professional achievement is his history of successfully protecting the rights of the injured and disabled.

Mr. Fulton and ALL his colleagues have been on the front lines for a work injury to my neck on 12/29/17. The employer is self-insured. My paralegal has been my back bone. When I get angry, discouraged or just need a good laugh. She has ALWAYS been by my side. This law firm (from receptionist to lawyers) are: Professional. Passionate about what they do They care about me and my family. NO matter how much BS is thrown at them they are determined to keep going and fighting an ugly battle with the self-insured company. I am working with the firm who wrote the book on workers compensation. Now tell me you can't get any better than that!! I have the upmost respect to each and everyone employed by Fulton Law. We Believe in "Fulton"😊
