Mr Wintering helped me in obtaining a title for a vehicle that was paid in full at a corner dealership that went out of business. I had tried for 8 months through the DMV and trying to contact the dealership...he wrote placed couple of phone calls and wrote a letter and 4 weeks later. I was able to obtain my title.
