I was drowning in debt from taking care of my kids family as well as my own monthly debts A co-worker offered Mr. Cohens proffessional card to me stating, "This guy can help." After my consult with him I felt confident this would be a great path to go on. I showed up for my appointment with all of my most recent bills and anything else I was told I would need. Because I had all of my paperwork with me, we were able to go through everything that day. He filed the paperwork for bankruptcy, because I qualified, and he assured me I would be okay. On my court date, my representative was a different person but was very ready. I noticed ALL 15-20 around me were all in a panic, not at ease like me. From what I heard, their reps did not have all the paperwork together etc. These clients were very verbally stressed! The glaring difference was brutal. My representative had a system. Supply Mr. Cohen with ALL of the paperwork and evidence needed, he applies them where needed for my case. We won.
Had an appointment with Marshall, he told us what we needed to file a Chapter 13. We got information together and met with a lady under him. Was told what to expect to happen. We paid our fees and received updates from his office as to what was happening and when and where we would need to appear in court. Then we didn't have any other contact with him.
I liked the fact that when I called his office, he personally spoke to me and asked if I had any questions.
