Hired Law Firm

I reached out in response to being listed as a property tax attorney on this website. I explained the situation to the legal secretary and he just gave an answer to her without hearing my situation. I stated I had follow up questions because I didn’t even understand his answer but no luck. Never in my life have I been treated so passed off on a situation in which I am unfamiliar. I was willing to pay for the conversation but unfortunately, Kessler did not give me the time of day to explain that. I do not recommend.

Hired Attorney Russell W. Kessler

We used Russ to file taxes in 2014 and 2015. He made repeated errors, some of which were egregious including filing paperwork with the IRS that had my name misspelled and my birthdate incorrect. He also failed to provide documentation of our residency (even after we asked if it was needed), and failed to file a 2441 for daycare expenses, so we've been hounded by the IRS and he has the audacity to charge us to fix his oversights/errors. He also doesn't respond to email and is not communicative.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
