About Kelsie Hendren

Kelsie Hendren helps employers navigate challenging employment law matters, including wage and hour, harassment, wrongful termination, and discrimination claims. Her background as an English major prepared her well for thinking critically and constructing persuasive and creative legal arguments in support of her clients’ goals, and she has spent the last several years further honing these skills through her employment law practice.

As a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group, Kelsie takes pride in walking a mile in her clients’ shoes to identify and understand their legal problem and craft a legal argument that will work as a result. Believing that all clients deserve a fair resolution, she leaves no stone unturned and exercises diplomatic assertiveness in guiding them through their case.

When she’s not in the office, Kelsie is often found slugging it out on tennis or sand volleyball courts, listening to live music, wandering through farmers markets, and taking care of her tuxedo cats.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
