John Perkins works with business owners and executives on many of the legal aspects of owning and operating a business, including tax and succession planning, agreements between equity owners, and risk management. He also handles business mergers and reorganizations, stock and equity transactions, asset acquisitions, commercial financing, and real estate sales and leasing, including advising his clients on the best way to structure these transactions from a tax and business perspective.
Additionally, John advises businesses on employment-related matters, such as best practices and procedures, regulatory compliance, and various employment contracts, such as executive compensation and separation agreements.
