I had used Goldman and Rosenthal before. I had a wonderful experience. Everything was handled in a timely manner, I had quick responses to any questions. This time I recommended 3 others to the this lawyer to handle all of our claims together from a car accident. And I have had a horrible time getting a call back on any questions. I have no idea where my case is at this point. I got a settlement for my car quickly. But have had no response or calls in almost 3 months on where we are with medical
Wish I had never heard of this man.
28 months after filing, and several thousands of dollars, Mr Rosenthal did NOT come through on promises during the settlement. After several missed opportunities of ending the case early, he "decided" for me that the case should go on. After, he will not respond to requests. Do not retain this lawyer unless you want your money wasted.
didn't do much told us ,not truthful with me. always out of town,or was in court. .didn't get back to us as said he would .then said it was be cause we waited to long ,but it was him that slowed it all down. he set up a court hearing then cancel it with out asking us .said he was go to refill but never did he did take our money fast and up front, the court sent him back some of our money he keep it .he told us at worst we would get lawyer fees back didn.t happen.cost $3400.00 he dropped case
Mr. Goldman very rarely communicates with his clients. He has many many excuses why he was too busy to call or email, including vacations. I personally gathered the paperwork he needed instead of waiting for him to get it, it would have taken him even longer. I have been waiting for almost a year for him to settle a small case. It is quite frustrating when you have to call someone 20 times and email every day for a month before you get a response from them. Very unprofessional!
