About Geoffrey J. Moul

Geoffrey J. Moul is a partner and member of MMM+B's litigation group. Previously, Mr. Moul practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago.

Mr. Moul is experienced in protecting creditor's rights and handling business disputes, real estate litigation, close corporation and minority shareholder fights, investors' rights actions, trade secret lawsuits, and class actions. He has appeared before the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and federal and state courts in Ohio, California, Illinois, and Michigan. In addition, Mr. Moul has significant experience representing clients in administrative actions before the Ohio Liquor Control Board, the Ohio Department of Commerce, and the Ohio Accounting Board.

Mr. Moul has tried jury and bench trials, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, he was selected as an "Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star" by Law and Politics Magazine, and he was rated one of Columbus' "top lawyers" by Business First.

Mr. Moul formerly served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph P. Kinneary, United States District Court Judge, Southern District of Ohio.
