In working multiple times with Attorney Rezie in the past, he has always exceeded our expectations. Richard's attention to detail along with his ability to take complex matters and put them into understandable terms has been extremely valuable to our company, as well as myself personally over the years. I would strongly recommend Attorney Richard Rezie.
I have found Atty Rezie to be an excellent resource for my business. He is always willing to provide assistance and direction while making recommendations on matters that impact on our operations including insurance matters, employment law issues and contract interpretations and challenges. Atty. Rezie always provides prompt responses to my questions and always returns phone calls and emails promptly, thereby saving my company thousands of dollars in legal fees.
Very responsive firm, gets the job done.
Mr. Brick represented me, actually he represented the interests of the malpractice insurance company, against a frivolous malpractice complaint based on averments easily disproved by the docket. He didn't bother to explain how I allegedly committed malpractice and refused my offer to personally pay for an expert report. He ignored my requests to seek indemnification from the actual lawyers who committed the acts in the complaint; my questions regarding counterclaims and crossclaims; and my requests to take over the case myself and refrain from settling. He tried to coerce me to settle by stating the case could hurt my pending divorce. He tried to scare me by stating one "unprofessional" (not negligent) text would turn a jury against me. He never defended me. He merely accrued attorney fees while negotiating an undeserved settlement for the opposing party who lied (opposing counsel - lied, their expert - lied). Brick is nice, but if you're a female lawyer wrongfully sued, don't hire him
