James (Jim) Hanneman will drag things out, not advise so he can keep billing and charging his clients. I paid him $50,000 to $60,000 dollars over 2 years of the divorce dragging on, and he did absolutely nothing to get me 1/2 of my marital assets because he seemed to be more concerned with leaving the office early to go to many personal events. Waste of money and I wished I would've gone to a different attorney who actually fights for his clients. Jim does the bare minimum and charges for doing next to nothing.
I hired Robert Snedaker to handle my child custody case. My ex lied through his teeth and I submitted tons of evidence and proof of this & showed my child would be safer placed with me. Snedaker submitted none of the evidence (evidence which won my case for this same issue in another state) - and instead of putting any effort into my case at all, the only thing he DID do was ask for my ex's tax records. He avoided answering phone calls or emails & billed me $8,000+ for work he didn't do. Beware!
My ex hired him to put together our Children Support case. This attorney falsified documents in his favor and lied to CSEA and said that he paid me Direct Support while we were together while he forced me to be on welfare. He never gave me a dime but used my food stamps, took my tax refund and my student loan disbursement. I faced felony charges and had to pay over $12K in restitution. James Hanneman refuses to speak to me or answer my letters. He is a Criminal.
he did not act within my best interests, wasted my money on many things that could have been avoided. did not help in getting me a fair settlement.
