None of the above choices describe ATTY B Potts! & if zero were an option or -10 that would be an appropriate score for the kind of care I received from him & his contracted staff that doesn’t do their job either but it’s ok cause “no one” in that office cares!!! I ‘wouldn’t’ depend on Mr Potts or his services even if it were a ‘my dog peed in her yard & she is suing me for her rose bush that died” !!! I fell at a donut shop that had a deep hole in the floor covered up with an entry mat.

I wish I could give a zero rating. Very unprofessional and impersonable. He could care less about about his customers, and takes no time to get to know them. I looked into his services due to a family crisis and my consultation with him lasted 11 minutes as he rushed to be done so he could get to the next person. Most other attourneys consultations last between 30-60 mins. As I was waiting in the lobby I could hear him making negative comments about his customers and using curse words as well
