Be very careful with Rick Brunner from Brunner Quinn. He will/can come across as charming, but that's nearly just his "weapon" to get into your pockets. We see him as absolutely useless, incompetent, creepy, and his appearance in court is to the point where its embarrassing. We hired him(on recommendation) for a case in Florida. He insisted to fly 1st. class, of course on our expense. Its not a long flight where one could argue, that its important to get some sleep, but nearly because he will not fit a seat further back in the plane. He had 2 court appearances that he completely misjudged and was very poorly prepared. Rick has his brother in law writing a lot of the legal material and between Rick and his brother in law we paid a total of $ 58.108. He did not argue the important points of the cause, nor did he preserve critical arguments. He also completely ignored what we found to be very critical points in the case, and disregarded our emails.
