Working with Charles Bluestone made the difficult process of challenging the determination by the county auditor's office that our home should be valued much higher than it had been and therefore taxed at a much higher price. He took care of the whole appeal quickly and at a reasonable fee. The appeal was successful and the amount we paid was less than the savings we achieved in the first year of the property tax. Henceforth, we will be saving a significant amount when it comes to real estate tax. In addition we found this firm to be knowledgeable, efficient, and "user-friendly"!
