Hired Attorney Benjamin Luftman

Mr. Luftman is not just a perfect lawyer, he's also an awesome person. This case was my first criminal offense. I was stressed, scared, and worried. But Mr. Luftman gave me confidence, provided continuous support. Eventually, the case was successfully managed. I was lucky enough to get the result that I wanted. Furthermore, despite the case was closed, he kindly helped me getting all the paperworks for my jobs.

Hired Attorney Benjamin Luftman

Hired Ben to handle my case on 9/16/25. Paid him his fees and left the office . my court was on the 16/10/2025. During that month period never heard from him , didn't not answer my phone calls at all . Went to court that day and waited in the court room for 5 Hours until he showed up. sitting in court for almost 4 hours while my attorney running around taking care of other cases in the building. worst experience ever. i was promised the moon but when he got paid and secured the money in his pocket. i was left in the dark .

Hired Attorney Benjamin Luftman

This is a small time attorney. If you take the time to read reviews you will see that this attorney deals in traffic tickets, OVI, DUI, real estate law and minor offenses only. DO NOT hire this attorney for anything else despite claims to handle larger more complex cases. This firm abandons clients and failed to show in court. Easily bluffed by prosecution. Terrible instincts and did not adequately perform duties. Was impossible to reach by phone. Hire at own risk !
