DI retained Sikes for a divorce before i was stationed in Korea. Anytime i called them for advise, his wife or the paralegal would get upset with me for bothering them. They told me to give them requested documents for opposing counsel, i emailed them everything, but they never sent them to the opposing attorney. I found this out from my new attorney. They requested an additional retainer to go to court. I asked them for a copy of the billable hours from the previous retainer. They immediately filed to have me removed as a client, citing lack of communication, which is a lie. They tried to take advantage of me because I was in Korea at the time. They prey on soldiers. Do not hire them. They will take your money and do absolutely nothing except give you a hard time.
