It took me 5 years to get a divorce and then 6 more months before she would get the final decree signed. She is the greediest most unethical attorney I have ever known. You want a crook hire Lynn Grogan!!!
She never answers your phone calls makes you give depositions that are not needed and once she has received her money she is through with you. She has no ethics as an attorney she tells you to be honest and straight forward with her but she is not with you. I would never use or recommend her to anybody
During my one and only phone call with Ms. Grogan, she managed to convey disinterest, sarcasm and rudeness. She was very unsympathetic, unconcerned, and unhelpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend that anyone looking for an attorney to keep looking.
Her advice as to what the final outcome was,terrible. After waiting a year to go to trial the judge said he would have a decision at 9 the next day, she could not attend then. It was 5 months later we got a decision from the judge in which my ex got exactly what he asked for,even living in our home until he decided if he wanted 2 sell it to give me a part of my equity which could be 4ever. I was ignored,belittled,and not treated like a human being with feelings from her. Travesty of justice from her
